100% remy human hair. With proper care, your Melanj Hair extensions should last for up to 12 months. Can be bleached, colored and heat styled; however, this may shorten the lifespan of your hair extensions. Only use a trusted professional when applying hair color or bleach to decrease the risk of damage. We recommend sealing the wefts prior to using in order to minimize shedding and increase the lifespan of your hair extensions. Please see complete Hair Care Instructions for tips and styling recommendations.

All Melanj Hair extensions come in the color Natural Black. There may be slight variation in color.

Blow Out Collection - 160g with 9 pieces and come in lengths 14", 16”, 18” and 20”

Curls Collection - 180g with 9 pieces and come in lengths 14", 16”, 18” and 20”

Only one set of clip-ins are needed. One set is best for the most natural looking style or lengths 18” and under. Two sets are recommended for blending with extra thick natural hair OR for an extra voluminous style in longer lengths.. Clip-ins can be installed in loose hair or hair that has been braided down.

WEFTED HAIR BUNDLES

All wefted hair comes in 100g bundles. We recommend 2-3 wefted hair bundles for full head in all textures. For 20" length, 3 wefted hair bundles are recommended.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to receive your item(s) before you need them. It is best to allow a two week cushion in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that could cause a delay in delivery. 

GENERAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY 

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order -- Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Processing can take up to 5-7 business days during restocks, promotions or holidays. 

We offer $15 flat rate shipping on domestic orders. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received and scanned by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, customs delays etc. are out of our control and refunds will NOT be issued while orders are marked "In Transit" by the carrier.

For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-ordered products to complete processing, unless otherwise stated. Note, this is in addition to the shipping time estimate posted by the shipping carrier. Once available, products will be shipped using our standard shipping procedures. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email. All pre-orders and custom orders are final sale. Gift cards or store credits cannot be used on pre-ordered items.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer a refund for eligible items returned within 15 days of your delivery date! Returns are only accepted on clip-ins and wefted hair extensions. All wigs and accessories are final sale. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition; unopened, or separated, with original tags attached and wrapped in original ties. Products that have been separated, worn, dyed, cut, washed, chemically processed and/or tampered with to the point they are no longer in the original condition are not eligible for return or refund. You can start a return request here. Return requests are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.

Refunds, less shipping + handling fees, will be applied once the product is received and return eligibility is confirmed. 

*Sample kits and v-part wigs are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

For packages labeled Returned to Sender, Undeliverable, Wrong Address, duty not paid or not picked up -- We will issue a store credit less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. 

All cancellations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee, no exceptions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All custom and special orders are final sale.

• Orders cannot changed after they are placed. This includes changes to the customer name, shipping address, length, texture or payment method.

• Discount codes cannot be combined or applied after a purchase is made.
