Shipping + Return Policy

BLACK FRIDAY PROCESSING TIME -- Due to increased volume, please allow our team up to 2-3 weeks to process orders placed during our Black Friday, Cyber Monday Sale.

 

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to receive your item(s) before you need them. It is best to allow a two week cushion in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that could cause a delay in delivery. 

GENERAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY 

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order -- Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time. Processing can take up to 5-7 business days during restocks, promotions or holidays. 

We offer $15 flat rate shipping on domestic orders. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Orders are expected to arrive within 3-4 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received and scanned by the carrier.

We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, customs delays etc. are out of our control and refunds will NOT be issued while orders are marked "In Transit" by the carrier.

For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

PRE-ORDERS

Please allow 4-6 weeks for pre-ordered products to complete processing. Note, this is in addition to the shipping time estimate posted by the shipping carrier. Once available, products will be shipped using our standard shipping procedures. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent via email. All pre-orders and custom orders are final sale.

RETURN POLICY

We are happy to offer store credit for eligible items returned within 30 days of your delivery date! Returns are only accepted on clip-ins and wefted hair extensions. All wigs and accessories are final sale. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original condition; unopened, or separated, with original tags attached and wrapped in original ties. Products that have been separated, worn, dyed, cut, washed, chemically processed and/or tampered with to the point they are no longer in the original condition are not eligible for return or store credit. Store credit, less shipping fees, will be applied once the product is received and return eligibility is confirmed. We do not offer cash refunds on any purchases.

*Sample kits and v-part wigs are FINAL SALE and not eligible for returns.

For packages labeled Returned to Sender, Undeliverable, Wrong Address, duty not paid or not picked up -- We will issue a store credit less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. 

All cancellations and/or accidental purchases will be subject to a $35 processing fee, no exceptions. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• All custom and special orders are final sale.

• Orders cannot changed after they are placed. This includes changes to the customer name, shipping address, length, texture or payment method.

• Discount codes cannot be combined or applied after a purchase is made.
