Shipping/Exchange Policy

GENERAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY

FREE shipping on domestic orders $250+. Items will be shipped via USPS w/ signature required. Orders are expected to arrive 2-3 business days after shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Estimated shipping time window will be given for custom and pre-orders. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order is available. Tracking updates can be found on USPS.com using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email.

For International orders, items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International, 6-10 day delivery; or USPS Priority Mail Express International, 3-5 day delivery. Signature confirmation is required on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping and custom fees. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are expected to ship within 2-3 weeks of the original purchase date. Shipping estimates and updates will be sent via email as they are made available. Once the item has processed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail w/ signature required. Allow 2-3 days for delivery. Tracking updates will be available on USPS.com using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the shipping date. In order to receive store credit, product(s) must be returned in original sale condition with all ties and tags attached. Products that have been washed, dyed, installed, untied and/or tampered with are not be eligible for store credit.

Any product in its original sale condition may be exchanged within 15 days of shipping date. Items that have been washed, dyed, installed, untied and/or tampered with are not be eligible for exchange. Customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with the exchange.

For items returned to sender -- customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees associated with re-sending the package. For items returned to sender that are no longer wanted -- store credit will be issued, less shipping and handling fees.
