I was recommended by a friend to purchase these clip-ins and I’m so glad I made the investment! The first photo is me with my natural hair. The second photo (glasses, side part, in a grey-blue room with a cream colored sweater) was the photo i took right after getting a light press at the salon and having them installed. My stylist also lightly pressed and curled the hair. They held a curl super well (a little too well lol) and even after my silk press grew out, the hair continued to blend pretty naturally. The hair is naturally a darkish-brown, and is a bit lighter than my natural hair so in sunlight there is a bit of differentiation. However, my hair is long-ish (about 14-inches) and I purchased the 18-inch clips so it still blended fairly well. Super minimal shedding, very comfortable in my head and easy to install. I used a silk/satin scarf after install to minimize frizz and create a more seamless blend. The only time I used all clips was when it was installed at the salon. Also, generally I did not sleep in my clip-ins, but I was able to do so on nights where I needed a quicker transition in the morning. There was very minimal styling needed the next day aside from maybe some edge gel and light brushing. I have used both a hair dryer and flat iron (with heat protectant) on these clips and the hair still responds the same! Overall, I love these clips-ins for the added density and length to my natural hair!

Absolutely in love in with my kinky straight clip ins!! I purchased 1 pack of 14” shipping was fast, packaging was good, the hair smelt good & felt so soft. I washed the hair before installing no issues. If you’re thinking of buying I 100% recommend, I’ve got so many compliments and people think it is my natural hair.

I really love these clips ins they blend so nicely with my natural blown out hair. They even puff up like my natural hair in humidity or when I sweat.. I can't wait to wear them in diff styles and they are so easy to install!

It's soft, full, doesn't shed, and blends well with my blown out hair. One of my best hair investments will be back for other textures and styles.

My clip in didn’t arrive on time I had to purchase it from another shop. I tried to return it. You guys never responded back to me after saying you will be getting back within 2 to 3 business days. It’s been two weeks. I spent $328 and not I’m stuck with a product I no longer need

A chargeback was filed for your order on October 12th and we responded directly to the bank regarding the claim. You submitted a return request after the case was opened. Based on the claim, the product received was 'unacceptable'; as a result, your bank issued a refund. We were also charged a fee for the claim brought against us. Hands down the best clips in out! Very diverse for natural hair girlies! The clips are extremely sturdy so you will not experience clips falling out. They’re even sturdy enough to braid your hair down and clip them onto the braids! I am a natural hairstylist in frisco and always send my clients to MelanJHair for their extension needs! Great quality hair that doesn't cause my head to itch and react badly due to nasty chemicals. I did however, think that my hair would be more course. It still had a slight sheen straightness to it. Would like to try clips but the tax on shipping to the uk cost £84

This hair is the TRUTH! If you want to have blow dried 4C hair, this is it. Most kinky straight is shiny and wavy like a Caucasian did a braid out. Some yaki are too ripply and don't hold a curl. This coarse kinky straight texture starts close to the weft and is pretty consistent throughout. The hair smells good, so I didn't even bother to wash it. The bundles are full. 2 bundles 16" or less can do a typical sew-in with a small center part. I would get 3 bundles for 18"+. The hair is great quality; length appears natural and even looking; and cuticles seem aligned. I sell hair from a factory, so I am familiar with what to look for. I'm so excited about how natural this looks on my 4C natural hair. It's expensive, but I would definitely buy it again. Even the stylist who did my install asked for the ordering information. I got about 3 customers for Melanj just from sitting there. I'll try to submit a picture when I take out the flexirods.

When I say don’t miss…. I mean don’t miss! I’ve been rocking with the Melanj Hair gang since 2019 and the people think it’s mine honey! I’ve had both the Coarse Kinky and Coily texture clip ins and they’ve lasted me in the between times where I’m indecisive about my next hair style. From the intentional brand experience to the quality extensions, I’m locked in. I had to double back and get four bundles of the coarse kinky extensions for a u part wig I want for the summer. Again, customer experience was A1 and I had no issues with shipping. Thank you Melanj Hair for always giving the gworlies an EXPERIENCE and providing a space for the girls who like to rock a natural look! We appreciate you! 💖

I saw this company popped up on my IG. When I checked out the profile, there weren't a lit of followers or likes. Nevertheless I went the lots of pictures and decided to order a kinky straight bundle. Ladies I got so many compliments about my hair. ( Fony Tail). The blend was on point. It is light weight so you're not getting a bulky hair natural hair look. I decided to order another bundle and clips in. Listen yall please order from them. It won't disappoint.

This was my first time trying a new hair company for my birthday. I haven't had a sewin in years. This hair was beautiful, no shedding, tangling and it matched my real hair texture perfectly. Even when my natural hair started to revert, so did the extension. This hair was fabulous!
