All wefted hair comes in 100g bundles. You will need 2-3 bundles, depending on the length, for a full head style. Refer to the "More Information" tab for details. Wefted hair does not come with clips.
Our Coil Curl hair extensions are tightly coiled, ringlet curls with low luster and meant to blend seamlessly with Type 4 natural hair when worn curly. Perfect for wash n go’s, twist outs, braid outs and rod sets.
Due to the natural texture, blow drying, heat styling and straightening is not recommended as it could potentially damage the curl pattern and shorten the lifespan of the extensions.
100% remy human hair. With proper care, your Melanj Hair extensions should last for up to 12 months. Can be bleached, colored and heat styled; however, this may shorten the lifespan of your hair extensions. Only use a trusted professional when applying hair color or bleach to decrease the risk of damage. We recommend sealing the wefts prior to using in order to minimize shedding and increase the lifespan of your hair extensions. All Melanj Hair extensions come in the color Natural Black. There may be slight variation in color.

Only one set of clip-ins are needed. Full sets are best for the most natural looking style or lengths 20” and under. Ultra sets are best for maximum volume or lengths 22” or longer. Clip-ins can be installed in loose hair or hair that has been braided down.

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible; however, we recommend giving yourself plenty of time to receive your item(s) before you need it. It is best to allow a two week cushion in the event of an unforeseen circumstance that could cause a delay in delivery. All deliveries require a signature, please plan accordingly.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery once the item has been accepted and scanned by the carrier. Any late deliveries, customs delays etc. are out of our control.
GENERAL SHIPPING + DELIVERY
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Orders are processed Monday - Friday 11a - 3p CST. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed starting the following business day. Processing times are NOT included in the delivery time and can take up to 5 business days during restocks, promotions or holidays.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on domestic orders over $275 (after discounts and promos are applied). Orders will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail w/ SIGNATURE REQUIRED on all orders. Shipping and delivery updates will be sent via email once the order has shipped. Orders are expected to arrive within 2-3 business days AFTER the shipping confirmation is received. Tracking updates can be found on USPS.com using the tracking number sent in the order confirmation email.
For International orders, items will be shipped via DHL Express, 2-8 day delivery. Signature confirmation is REQUIRED on all orders. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees, taxes and duties. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Eligible items may be returned for store credit within 15 days of the shipping date. In order to receive store credit, product(s) must returned in the original sale condition with all ties and tags attached. Any shipping related fees will be deducted from the store credit. Allow 3-5 business for returns to be processed once the merchandise has been received. Because this is a hygienic item, hair that has been washed, cut, dyed, installed, untied and/or tampered with are not be eligible for return and cannot be accepted.
Problem with your order or want to request a return? Complete the Return Request Form and we will respond within 2-3 business days via email. Store credits are issued only after we receive the item and the return has been approved. If we receive an item that does not meet the eligibility requirements ie. worn, dyed, washed etc; the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.
For packages labeled Returned to Sender, Undeliverable, Wrong Address, duty not paid or not picked up -- We will issue a store credit less shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
